LIN Lin graduated from Beijing Normal University (BNU) with a doctoral degree in law and now has a postdoctoral position that meanwhile requires the service as a teacher at the SHSS, USTB. Under the doctoral program at BNU, she was once a visiting scholar at National Chung Cheng University, conducting cross-strait academic exchanges.. She offers courses of Criminal Procedure Law and Evidence Law at the SHSS. Her research interests range from criminal procedure law and juvenile justice. She has published more than 20 papers in the Law Science and other periodicals, and participated in setting up and writing projects for the Political and Judiciary Commission under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of the People’s Republic of China and other institutions. Having worked in People’s Procuratorate of Beijing Municipality as an accredited procurator for 14 years, she is experienced in handling cases. She once participated in helping address “4.13” transnational telecommunications fraud and fund-raising fraud committed by Bai Danqing and his accomplices, and other cases. In addition, under her leadership, her group dug out Beijing’ s first case of money laundering which was awarded with “the national top ten cases of lawsuit supervision”.
